Beyond Distribution

KMA Distribution gets you
on platforms. KMA Records
builds your career.

Distribution moves files. KMA Records moves infrastructure — royalty registration, global publishing administration, curator pitching, radio and TV placement, and institutional affiliation. Everything that separates a distributed artist from a signed one.

The $499 Reality: This is not a profit center for KMA Records. This is a strict cost-recovery model.

Traditional labels charge hidden fees, take 50–80% of your royalties, and own your masters. We do the opposite. The $499 annual fee exists solely to cover the hard, out-of-pocket costs of building your global royalty infrastructure: absorbing the Songtrust onboarding fee, funding SubmitHub curator credits, covering administrative labor for ASCAP/SoundExchange registration, and executing formal radio/TV pitching campaigns.

We don't profit from your fee. We profit only when you profit. You keep 75% of your streaming royalties, 100% of your masters, and 100% of your publishing. We are here to build the pipeline, not extract from it.
